How much deposit will I need?
The more you can put into your house, the better the monthly income will be: We strongly advise putting down at least 20%. (which isn’t spent, just ‘converted’ from money to bricks and mortar.)

Can I use my own Solicitor/Letting Agent/Finance source?
Of course. You can use anyone you like for any part of the procedure, or you can use ours, or some of ours and some of your own. There is no fee for the introductions, it’s part of the service.

How will I get tenants?
We will introduce you to an experienced and qualified letting agency: They will handle everything for you.

Where do we operate?
Anywhere in mainland Britain that our research shows to be worthwhile. Since our investors will be using managing agents to look after their houses, the actual location is of minor importance. In reality, apart from seeing the selected house once or twice before completing, you might never visit it again – just think of it as a money-making machine!

How much could I actually make?
This isn’t easy to answer as we can’t tell the future, but we can tell you about the past: Historically, property doubles in price approximately every seven years. We can’t guarantee this, of course, but history has a habit of repeating itself, so your tenant pays your mortgage while the house grows in value!

What if the housing market stops rising, or even falls?
It doesn’t matter to you! Apart from the fact that reduced housing prices makes rentable property even more attractive, due to a shrinking number of available houses, you should remember that this is a medium to long term investment and by the time you may want to sell, in say five or six years from starting, prices will almost certainly have recovered and increased again. Given that rents won’t go down, your investment is still sound even if the Property market should stabilise for a while.
